Due to global pandemic causing rapidly escalating costs of personal protective equipment (PPE) and increased PPE requirements to keep team and families safe, ALL visits are now subject to a $10-dollar fee for SARS-CoV-2 required PPE.
This fee is covered by some but not all insurances. Currently DSHS and Tricare are paying this fee. For other insurances we will bill your insurance and if not covered you will be responsible for the associated fee.
