Appointments & Cancellations:  We make every effort to schedule appointments at your convenience and based on availability. Morning appointments are recommended for younger children when they are rested and more accepting of new experiences. This also allows our staff to spend more time with your child if needed. Some appointments may require the child to miss some school; however, these are considered excused absences. With continued care, appointments during school can be kept to a minimum.

We want your first visit to our office to go smoothly so that your family can relax and spend time getting to know our team. At your first appointment, we will ask you to fill out our

You may do these online ahead of time.  Otherwise, please come 15 minutes early to complete these forms at our office.

Appointments are reserved exclusively for each patient. Therefore, we ask that you arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may be rescheduled, or we may not be able to complete the planned procedures.  We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, but we ask for your help as a courtesy to all of our patients. Please call ASAP if you need to reschedule/change your child’s appointment.  Without at least a 3 hour notice, we will implement our missed appointment policy.

We truly value our time with your child(ren).  Since your appointment may have been made weeks or months ago, it is CRITICAL that you confirm the appointment  when we reach out to you by your preferred method: email/text/phone call.  Once confirmed, we won’t contact you again until you receive a reminder text a few hours before the appointment.

Continued broken confirmed appointments indicate a broken relationship.  Help us to avoid this by maintaining clear communication.  We wholeheartedly believe in maintaining excellent oral health and asking you to confirm and keep appointments is necessary to meet our goals.
